Meet our Cyber Essential Partners – Tony Woodhouse

At the WMCRC, we've spent years building a community of professionals with extensive cybersecurity and IT knowledge and experience. Today, we’re introducing you to Tony Woodhouse, Service Delivery Manager at Solutions4iT. 

 

Tony is the Service Delivery Manager for Solutions4IT and he has held this position for the last 5 years. Prior to this, Tony was the company's Senior Technical and Cyber Security Engineer.  

 

Tony has over 20-years' experience as an IT engineer and 5 of those have also been within the Cybersecurity side of the business. Tony has worked at Solutions4iT for over 12-years and in this time has progressed from a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to his current role.  

 

As the Service Delivery Manager, Tony's role is to ensure that all customers get the same level of Customer Service no matter what their size. This is achieved by implementing good processes and procedures and ensuring that all staff follow them, whilst identifying and rectifying any issues as quickly as possible
